Connor James is a communications advisor to clients across corporate, legal, and public affairs matters on high-stakes issues, crisis management, and strategic positioning. His experience includes public and investor relations, corporate governance, litigation-related issues, and other sensitive situations involving heightened scrutiny and complex stakeholder dynamics.

Prior to joining TLG, Connor served as a Vice President at a global advisory firm, where he advised CEOs, senior executives, and public figures on corporate reputation, financial communications, and special situations, with a particular focus on investor engagement, issues management, and geopolitical matters. He has been a Millennium Fellow at the Atlantic Council, and his writing on national security strategy has been published by the Modern War Institute at West Point.

Connor holds an M.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, where his research focused on coercive diplomacy. He received his B.A. from The George Washington University, where he was a three-season NCAA Division I athlete.
