Dylan Rose Geerlings is a veteran communications professional with extensive experience in journalism and stakeholder communications in sensitive, fast-moving environments. As a Senior Director at TLG, she advises organizations and leaders across industries on communications strategy, issues management, and other high-stakes legal and business challenges.

Prior to joining TLG, Ms. Geerlings spent a decade at CNN, where she led public relations for the network’s Washington, D.C., bureau. In that role, she oversaw media relations and corporate communications for CNN’s Washington-based programming, executives, anchors, journalists, and broader operations, as well as the network’s political programming, including CNN’s historic 2024 presidential debate. She also served as a booking producer at CNN, managing relationships with lawmakers and other public figures while producing daily interviews and coordinating breaking news coverage, including around-the-clock coverage of the 2020 election count.

Ms. Geerlings graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.A. in political science and government and a minor in philosophy.
