Tori Sousa is a communications professional with experience supporting organizations through reputational challenges, crisis situations, and evolving media landscapes. She helps clients navigate critical matters through strategic messaging, media analysis, and stakeholder communications.

Prior to joining TLG, Ms. Sousa was a Senior Crisis & Issues Associate at a global communications firm, where she advised Fortune 500 companies on crisis preparedness, executive communications, and reputation management. She previously worked at NewsGuard Technologies, where she evaluated the credibility and transparency of news organizations across the globe, and served as a Fellow at the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting. Ms. Sousa graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.
